Wedding Day Fees / Rates for large groups are based on the number of faces, season, location, number of artists, working time frame and touch-up services required. A preliminary quote can be provided based on these details.

Fine Print
. Gaenor requires a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold and secure the date/time of your booking.
. Gaenor asks that any necessary parking be covered by the client/bride.
. A travel fee will be added to all booking, travel fee's are added for all assistant's as well.
. Additional artists may be needed depending on number of services. (Please request a quote)
. Any no-shows for the wedding will be charge the full service that was originally booked.
. An early morning start fee is added to any bookings starting prior to 7:00am.
.Any member showing up late for their scheduled service will receive a shortened service to keep Gaenor & assistants on schedule. (The full price of service will be charged).
. Gaenor asks if you are paying via Interact E-transfer that you make payments one day prior to services.
. This is a "makeup and go" service, meaning once makeup + hair is complete Gaenor and team are not required to stay. A touch up fee will be added if you are looking for Gaenor or assistants to stay throughout the wedding day.
. A blow dry fee will be added to any client showing up to a service with wet hair.
